 lz\, former state Senator and current West Michigan Director of the Michig
 an League of Conservation Voters. After Birkholz speaks\, attendees will h
 ave the chance to view the exhibit in the newly renovated Irving D. Charlt
 on Memorial Museum. Refreshments will be provided by the Charlton Park Vil
 lage and Museum Foundation whose financial support made the renovation pos
 sible.\n\nThe exhibit from the Michigan Women’s Historical Center & Hall o
 f Fame in Lansing will be on display from April 8th through June 16th\, 20
 13. The exhibit will be the first in the newly renovated first floor of th
 e stone museum building. It highlights Michigan women from 1897-1980 who w
 orked to protect the environment. A section devoted to the Barry County Sp
 ortswomen’s Club and other Barry County women committed to conservation wi
 ll be part of the exhibit as well.\n\nNO COST - PUBLIC WELCOME!
