Historic Charlton Park's Town Hall is available for rental from mid April until mid October. The facility seats 50 people (chairs available upon request), and there are 3 tables at the site. Electricity and wood stove heat is available. The rental fee is $75 - $100 for a four (4) hour block of time and $35 - $50 per hour thereafter. Only one event can be booked per day in the Town Hall.
